Cup Read is for entertainment and self-reflection only. A reading is creative AI-generated content, not a statement of fact or a promise about the future.

Using the beta

You may use Cup Read for personal, lawful purposes. You must have the right to upload any image you submit. Do not try to bypass rate limits, disrupt the service, extract private data, or use the product to create abusive or illegal material.

No professional advice

Do not rely on Cup Read for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, pregnancy, gambling, or other high-stakes decisions. Seek a qualified professional or emergency service when appropriate. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

AI output and availability

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable. You are responsible for how you interpret or share it. The beta may change, pause, limit requests, or stop without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Share links

A share link contains only the reading text and symbols, not the cup photo. Anyone with the unlisted link may view it until it expires, so share thoughtfully. We may remove links that are unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or technically harmful.

Ownership and feedback

You retain rights you have in your uploaded image. Cup Read owns its product design, software, and branding. If you voluntarily send product feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and without warranties. Cup Read is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the beta. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
